2.) One (1) UPC from Stauffer's Animal Crackers 16 oz. (454g) or 32 oz. (907g) package.
3.) Cash register receipt from the 101 Dalmatians Platinum Edition 2-Disc DVD dated between March 4, 2008 and May 31, 2008 with purchase price circled (photocopies acceptable).
4.) Cash register receipt from eligible Stauffer's Animal Crackers dated between February 1, 2008 and May 31, 2008 with purchase price circled (photocopies acceptable).
